DIRECTIONS: Add a couple of handfuls to a warm bath. Let it dissolve, close your eyes, and take at least 20 minutes for yourself (minimum!).

INGREDIENTS: Magnesium Sulphate (Epsom Salts), Natural Australian Sea Salt, Tapioca Starch, Lavender Essential Oil, Ylang Ylang Essential Oil, Orange Essential Oil, Organic Rose Petals.

SEPTIC INSTRUCTIONS: If you have a septic system, please place your bath soak in a muslin bag before dissolving it in your bath to prevent botanicals from entering your tank.
